No you should not convert all of your questions to statements, just after giving those questions, you should also write somekind of the conclusion of what those questions mean.... or give somekind of an example which would highlight the case at issue....

Regarding the score of your essay, i sincerely do not know how much you would get because i have no clue how they evaluate those essays....

On my own scale i would give you 7 out of 10.....

Your Essay is pretty good, you the right idea in attacking the question. What i would suggest is to develop your ideas further, go more in depth into the different points. Structure your paragraph according to a template like:

P1: Author's statement, whether you agree or disagree. Also mention authors main assumption.
P2: Go into depth about main assumption and how to improve it, missing pieces of logic
P3: 2nd assumption by author, missing points.
P4: 3rd assumption by author
P5: Go into depth as to how the author's argument can be improved.
P6 conclusion.

Aim for six paragraphs but be sure to develop those ideas into depth. You will need to type fast. I followed a Veritas Prep's Template and thats similar to Princeton's and i received a 6 twice.
