AWA: Issue and Argument Essays

Guys,
i would like to share with you all an idea to deal with AWA topics.
AWA is the least or even not discussed issue in the forum. i think we should not isolate the topic in that way. we should find an easy and effective way to deal with it. it is not that much effective to discuss every AWA in full/detail but, i believe, it would be useful if we practice AWA topics on point wise basis. for example; we can post our views for and/or against the given issue topics. similarly we can express the views for the argument topic. Lets put everybody's views.
Issue: some organizations prefer advices from outside experts where as others from the experianced staffs of their own organizations.
pls post some points for and against the issue..thankx..
