When does a test taker put together the essay to be graded, at the beginning of the test session or put together before arriving at the test center? Please let me as soon as possible.

I see two of your forum posts are too short and hence it's hard to tell the real intent. That said, please visit mba.com to know how the GMAT is structured. You can choose to write the AWA before or after the exam, with the Select Order in place.
