Hey all!
I have just started my preparation 1 week ago. I bought all MGMAT guides and began doing OG problems. For the last 2-3 days (60 DS / 60 PS / 60 RC / 30 SC), I used the awesome error log from this forum.
Today I stumbled upon the OG Archer on the manhattan website. I haven figured out everything but it seems like this is a very nice gimmick. I certainly question whether to continue using the error log... It takes me hours to type in every question stat and the different topic names (OG-MGMAT) are annoying as well.
Here comes my question: Considering that for now I only want to use OG 13 + OG Verbal + OG Quant questions and that I always have internet while exercising, why should I consider keeping the error log (except for CATs?!) ? Is the Archer flawed in any way?

I used both tools.
The fundamental flaws that I found with the MG Archer was that there is no easy way to adjust the pool the stats are drawn from + all of the answers remain there for questions that have already been answered (issue when you go to re-test questions) and the only option for clearing answers is to reset the entire archer.
What I did was: 1st used MG Archer then --> 2nd went to using my own spreadsheet
I liked the MG Archer a lot, but it is limited once you have gone through the questions. A lot of the explanations can be great (much better than OG's in the back of the sections). I found only a handful of improperly categorized/tagged question types in the quant (didn't look that carefully at the verbals), so the results the archer produces for stats are very accurate.

BTW: why are some questions labeled as "hard" on the Archer, but are labeled as a "600" around here (same thing for the opposites)?
