I eliminated 4 answer choices.
A) Other institutes will also help consumers to learn everything about their language. (We do not necessarily have to assume that everyone will be able to cope up with a short course, but there could a few Sherlocks and Sheldon Coopers. I digress.) Other institutes will definitely HELP, successful or not.
B) Money is still a factor since everyone is charging a price.
C) Hold. Because it does say that ALI is different and unlike the other institutes. Then there must be something about that institute.
D) the contrary is mentioned. They DO NOT Charge higher price. Rather a longer term, more personal care.
E) Nothing about locations. Out of scope.
