Yes it does. But since its not a top-ranking school, you have a better chance at John Molson than at Rotman, for instance.

Manat Given that you can't get more work experience or better gmat score I think I would honestly recommend that you look into specialized Masters program or an MIM. In Canada the specialized Masters programs often do not require a gmat and that would help you out quite a bit. sometimes there's a stipulation that you have An undergrad in business. Might be able to go to more reputable school if you switch to a degree that is more intended for a recent grad. 2 year would be optimal for a 3 year work permit https://smith.queensu.ca/grad_studies/mib/double_degree_options/index.php

Hi,

I am looking to pursue mba finance from canada. I have a work experience of two years in financial accounting at Arthur J Gallagher. I gave GMAT twice, got 500 the first time and then 610. Could anyone please suggest which schools i should apply to? Please note:-i cannot retake the GMAT or increase my work experience for some personal reasons. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m having a tough time differentiating the bad programs from the good. To be honest all the top schools in canada have a class profile of 5 years, while im still going to be applying to them (because why not) but i still want to apply to 2-3 schools where i do have a good chance
