Many schools (Columbia for instance) include Strategy in their Management departments. At Tuck, the department is called "Strategy and Management". Additionally, a reading of the top 10 in this list pretty much does look like the what one would expect the top 10 strategy schools in the US to be. Ergo, this is probably what you're looking for.

But,If so, I beg to differ at the point that where is MIT there, and Booth also ?
I also think that one can also consider the Phd programs of the schools whether they are having a strategy Phd.
What do you think ?

Hi amaterasu,

A number of candidates look to pursue strategic or management consulting post graduation. In terms of the big international consulting firms that recruit heavily, the MBA programs that are most recruited at are:

Harvard
MIT
Stanford
Kellogg
Chicago
Michigan
Wharton

Kellogg has an outrageous number of people going to McKinsey, for example.

I hope this was of help.
