Hello guys,
I got accepted to the above mentioned business schools, but i am having a tough time in deciding which one to attend.
First, Let me mention all the details, and then i would like to know your opinion.
Babson : MSM program
The program that i got accepted to is Masters of science in Management in Entrepreneur Leadership. The program i specifically designed for students with little or no experience. This program suits my profile. The program, however, is currently in its 1st year, and the current class has not graduated yet. so, there is no information regarding employment statistics. Babson is ranked No 1 in entrepreneurship. US news ranks it in 60's. FT top 40 in US and Top 80 globally. Rankings and reputation wise, Babson is better than Binghamton. There are more than 100 companies coming to Babson, each year.
Binghamton : MBA program
In Binghamton, i got accepted to its MBA program. The class consists of both Freshers and Professionals. The program is of two years, and an internship is mandatory. The Employment statistics: 93% of the class secures a job within 3 months of graduation, with the median Salary being $70,000. I even read on Poets and quants that Binghmaton though not highly ranked, is preferred by employers and does a better job than other top business school, in terms of placements. The program is ranked 95 by US news, and 55 among public schools. There are approx
Upon graduation, I plan to work in the US. If i choose to attend Babson, i'll need to secure a job, which also provides me with H1 visa, for approx 1- 1.5 years. By then i would be getting my green card, which is currently in process. If i choose to attend Binghamton, i will not be under a lot of pressure of finding a job, as the program is 2 year long.
Keeping everything in mind, which B school you would suggest me to attend? Looking forward to know your views. Thank you.
