The good news is that both programs are STEM certified which would give you a 3-year work permit after graduating.
I would lookin into Babson's degree as they have been appealing quite a bit to international students and at some point their FT MBA class was 80% international with about half from India, creating an Indian Business School in Massachusetts

and that's not quite healthy since you are learning from your classmates probably more than from anyone else....
P.S. At the same time, you sound pretty accomplished as a CPA and someone with that much work experience. I am expecting many of your classmates to be somewhat younger and less impressive, probably giving you an edge in job search and competition for jobs posted by the career services. I did not find either program in the Best MS Finance programs list but it only has about 40 programs... still you did not consider applying for others with your accomplishments?
