Hi all,
I took an online GMAT exam 2 months ago and it got annulled due to technical error after the GMAC team analyzed the recording of the exam. The test report on the website shows technical error. Since, it was the second attempt that got annulled due to technical error, I could not register for the exam again. Now, it has been too late because the R1 college applications deadlines are over. The GMAC team had also started a request for refund and directed it to the Examity team. But it has been a month since the request was made and I was supposed to receive the refund within 5-7 days. I have been continuously writing to the GMAC and Examity in the corresponding mail chain and have complained multiple times on their website, but I have not been getting any reply. I even tried calling the Examity team, but the number was switched off. After writing multiple times, I received an email from the Examity stating that they do not handle the refund procedures and it will be taken care of by the GMAC team. After that, I contacted mba.com through their website and other sources, but not getting any replies.
Any suggestions, how can I get my refund?

Hey, did you get a resolution to this? I'm also trying to reach GMAT customer service, but the toll numbers and fax numbers listed on their website are unreachable (line doesn't even connect).
