Hey guys
So as you can tell by my profile I got a 430 a few months back in April or so after I thought the GMAT was going to be an easy breeze. Definitely wrong there. Back then I haven't found out about GMATclub yet or any of the really good materials out there that are available.
So right now I just finished the quantitative from all the
Manhattan GMAT and it obviously helped tremendously as I can answer all the questions now and greatly improved my accuracy and speed. Right now I am working on the verbal section. Just got through the sentence correction and on the verge of being done with the critical reasoning.
Well, fast-forward, so after my library session of study today I went to the local Books-A-Million and saw the Barron's prep book on the shelves. So I decided with extra time I would take a look at it. Finished the math without too much hesitation although some of the questions seems radically awkward and did not really "feel" like questions I've done through the OG. Figured I'd breeze that off and then tackle some of the problems in the verbal which is what I'm working on. It was simply mind-blowing. Although I can't recall any of the problems that I encountered but I what I thought would in-the-bucket questions turned out wrong on many accounts even though in the OG I've been getting them mostly correct.
So my question now is, does anyone have experiences with what Barron's offers? It's definitely making me second-guess my months of studying now. The Barron's I looked at is depicted below. Thanks for input in advance.
