Hi, I have just came to know that to apply for MBA program 16 year of education is required. Is it applicable in top 30 colleges as per FT ranking. This means I have to do Master in commerce program for 2 years? Is there any way out. I really wanted to apply for this coming September round 1.

You can apply right after B.Com. One of my friend applied for MS in SUNY after a year of completion of B.Com. You should better ask the admission committee of the respective college/s to clear out this confusion as every college/s have different admission criteria.

Not every top college will have this prerequisite. In fact, there is a long comprehensive list of foreign colleges that accept 15 years of education because it is quite common in India and the UK. However, it will be better for you to personally check each targetted university before investing an application fee.

Best wishes!
