25M, Indian. 5 years work ex.
My journey so far:
Core experience: learning design & program management, sectors: education, public policy, edtech & e-comm
In my current role, I'm leading partnerships & growth for an international edtech org (I consistently engage with North American markets). The most exciting part of my role is deploying scalable solutions towards launching innovative product categories. On a daily basis, my role informs value proposition closely for operations, product development and learning design. 90% of my colleagues are from Tier 1 B-Schools (international as well).
An entrepreneur at heart, I independently deployed last-mile solutions for the UNDP's 2030 Youth Force through consulting projects accountable to multiple government stakeholders.
My depth of social impact practice is further bolstered by high visibility roles I took ownership of, at Teach For India. As a 2017 Cohot fellow, I setup functional data tools for the national alumni impact committee. This directly led to post-fellowship placements, and career developments for state-wide fellows. As a core team member of the TFI Tech Lab, I monitored innovative learning reforms for 30+ state-wide public school classrooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of working with some of India's most under-resourced public systems.
Fresh out of college, I worked in a sales & business development startup role for 100+ elite private schools across India, scaling a local business to country-wide operation within 18 months.
Education & leadership
Studied at University of Delhi, finished in top 10 of my class. Bachelor of Arts (specialisation: small & medium business management)
I led volunteer recruitment & engagement platforms for city-wide efforts for WWF (World Wildlife Fund for Nature), working with student organisations at top colleges. Sports has been a big part of shaping my life, I have played professional golf and won a few national tournaments. A soccer coach by passion, I volunteered with Delhi Police to coach at-risk youth towards transformational life outcomes. This was my gateway to deepening my experience in social impact & public policy. I was also part of my soccer football team.
My experiences are balanced with data analysis learnings from Duke University and a Business Analyst certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
