I bought the Kaplan GMAT 800 book the other day and I'm aceing most of the questions in it. Sure, the questions are more difficult than the OG's and PR's, but I still don't feel challenged.
I know Kaplan offers a course designed specifically for people who can score above 700, and I believe MGMAT might too. Although I haven't taken any practice tests, I feel confident that I could probably score somewhere in that range.
So my questions are: what is the best 700+ course out there? and are they worth the money?
And I guess also, is it unfair for me to assume that I fit in such a class if I haven't actually seen how I do in an exam (real or practice) but instead basing myself off my ability to answer practice Qs?

why dont you try the Club challenges for quant .. they are a real brainbuster.. these are the best prep for 48+ quant ..

I think perhaps its time to focus more on what I call 'mental preparation' for GMAT. It is one thing 'acing' these questions at home with not time restrictions and another doing it under exam stress after having spent an hour writing 2 essays.
I would suggest taking some real time CATs and improving mental stamina. This would also help gauge your current level against the real GMAT (esp if you use GmatPrep).
