Wanted to put this put there for any HBS candidates this year. The book gives you a great overview of the types of essays HBS looks for and why. So, not something to mimic (as the questions change each year anyway), but something to gauge your own essay against.

The book really is good for general information if you're just starting to put together your applications, and I do recommend it as a good place to start.
