It looks like you are still in college... My advice for you is to enjoy college and don't worry too much about grad school for the timing being just focus on getting good grades and getting a nice job after college.. Once you have about 3 years of work experience than you can make a decision about Business schools and which programs fit your needs better

I already have about 5 years work experience in business and management, at the moment.

I have a lot of reasons to want to go to grad school. Just trying to get a feel for what I would need to set myself up for. :-D
