I have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from one of the IITs (India). I am currently working in a Construction MNC (15 months).
10th: 85
12th: 75
CGPA: 6.8
I'm looking for a transition into a finance career. I'm taking CFA level 1 in June'17.
I'm thinking to take GMAT in Dec'16.
Can I get admission in ISB or any Global Top Institute with this profile?

Until you have an Official GMAT score, and you provide a LOT more information about your profile, it's difficult to answer your immediate question. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

That is a very vague question to ask right now. There are a variety of factors that come into play in your admission and GMAT is one of them.
Until you have a score, it is very difficult to judge your chances.
Moreover, your experience is on the lower end of the spectrum. I would encourage you to gain some more experience and then apply.
Or else, you can apply for ISBs EEO that gives you a deferred admission.
