The closest possible to GMAT is GMATPrep, which is available for free download from MBA.com. They also has recently launched "GMAT Focus™ Online Diagnostic Bundle of 3", which is costing $65. Apart from that MGMAT tests are pretty good, and if you buy any strategy book from them, then access to their 6 online tests are free.
