You very well might, I think 80% of fully employeed workers don't average more than 40hours a week (this may be a few years old). It should be a reasonably acceptable work-schedule.
Anyone have any more discussion on what one might look for in shooting for work-life balance? It might not be consistent in terms of function of industry, but there are likely generally common criteria...
Or is it really the case that careers in business are incompatible with this?

Some body has asked regarding the region where work-life balance can be achieved.
I know people working in the middle east gets good money and almost every one work 40-45 hours in a week.
Downfall is that you live in a unglamorous region...
