For example, while working in IT industry; I have worked with Health Care and Telecommunication clients. So, what are the best courses in a MBA program which would suit my work experience. Or, despite having 6 years of work experience in IT, I can go for other domains in MBA, like Marketing, Finance, etc.

First you need to decide what is your desired post - MBA industry and function. Whether you want to continue in IT industry or want to switch industry. Then decide which role you want to take.
