Best Options for GMAT 680 candidates

Hello Everyone!
I hope you are doing great and healthy!
I had given GMAT recently and had scored 640 in the first attempt, and 680 in the second. I feel in order to push the score I will require intensive coaching which is not possible at the moment due to time constrains. It would be most appreciated if someone could suggest good Bschools as per my profile.
-GMAT: 680
-10th : 93%
-12th : 92.2%
-Btech Mechanical Engineering, 8.11 cgpa with top 5% rank.
-Numerous national level competition winner in Robowars, Paper presentations (no published paper though) and other tech events
- one among the founding team of EDC (Entrepreneurship Development club) in our college
-1 year of experience in a small firm (proprietary ownership firm) as a Mechanical Engineer: In charge of 3 technicians
-1.5 year experience in the field of Business Development in BYJUS (Think and Learn Pvt Ltd).
-Currently working as Area Sales Manager of Extramarks pvt ltd : In charge of three districts. (Recently joined)
-Founder and CEO of a seed stage startup (non funded till yet)
-Active retail Investor in Indian Stock markets for 2.5 years now, completed various certified courses in trading from Udemy, Giving stock advices to few relatives and preparing for CFA level 1.
I am planning to apply in 2022 intake or the year after that. I would like take MBA in Finance (I know on paper I don't have any exp in Finance field) or Finance and Marketing. My shortlists are : St Gallen, Trinity College, SDA Bocconi (not sure if I have any chance), ESMT, EDHEC.
Please let me know the likelihood of getting into these colleges as well.
