Hi everyone,
I am a 2nd year in a top midwest school and am lucky enough to be picking between multiple offers for a brand manager role. I interned this past summer in CPG and would like to start at the best place that is going to help me grow as a future brand manager. The companies I am choosing between are as follows:
General Mills - Minneapolis, MN
Unilever - Englewood Cliffs, NJ
P&G - Cincinatti, OH
Does anyone have any thoughts on which place would be best to start my career?

As a former CPGer myself -- a few thoughts.
P&G is always the best... although most go with the expectation of getting 'picked off' and leaving within 4-7 years.
Unilever is great b/c if you are cool w/ NYC-area, it's a great place to start and there are countless 'next job' options that won't require you to move.
Many ppl who go to General Mills think "It's going to be too cold" but wind up loving it and staying there for a LONG time.
Honestly, can't miss on any of the three -- be sure to consider full picture and not just company (location, friends, etc.)
