I used the OG for a review of the quant and verbal basics. A friend of mine also used Barron's GMAT prep book for a more in-depth review of the math. Several folks on here have suggested using MGMAT for a good verbal review...

I agree, the Arco book is certainly not up to the level of difficulty of actual GMAT math problems. The book itself covers the bredth of material which is covered on the GMAT but certainly not the depth. For the depth, the MGMAT books are great. I have the set myself and will be going through them while preparing.
