Would appreciate some recommendations - either programs that are liberal with scholarship money, or are not ultra expensive to begin with. I am also considering online programs, but the prevailing opinion seems to be that true part time programs are superior.

Yes, MBA programs. I'm located in South Carolina, but would be willing to travel fairly significantly for the right weekend program.
