Hey GMATClub community,
When you're working through a Data Sufficiency question, and you suspect a statement is INSUFFICIENT, what's your most effective and quickest way to prove it?
Do you immediately:
A) Look for two different numerical examples that satisfy the statement but give different answers to the question?
B) Analyze the underlying mathematical principle to see if multiple solutions are inherently possible?
C) Consider boundary cases (e.g., zero, negative, fractions, large numbers)?
D) Try to simplify the statement to see if it leads to an equation with more than one variable or solution?
E) Other (please share your method below!)
