Might be worth figuring out the time of day (or night) you are at your peak. Perhaps you perform better on mocks early in the morning compared to the evening.

Before practice tests, I tend to review formula sheets and maybe do 2-3 problems to warm up; however, I've noticed myself getting off to a slow start when I start my exams (I do Quant first). Even when doing 30-question practice problems with Quant, I've noticed myself getting off to a slow start.

Are there any recommendations/best ways to effectively warm up prior to taking these exams? Something that really encompasses a whole variety of topics in a succinct manner that I can review/do problems right before taking a practice test (and my exam coming up)?

Very good question and very observant of you!

I also noticed that I needed to warm up before doing any kind of serious test though back in my day, I would usually start with the essay and by the time I get to quant, I’ll be pretty fired up. At the same time, I still did some quantitative warm-up and a bit of verbal where I had perhaps five or 10 of my favorite mistakes that I’ve made and I had them printed out and quickly solve or read through them while traveling to the test center or waiting for the proctor and Also doing some quick math in my head. if you don’t solve it correctly, it throws you off and then I am all weirded out and concerned 😂

PS. I feel everyone may be slightly different and some people may need very small and short warm-up while others may need a much longer one….

This is exactly why I do verbal first. I need to give my mind a workout before I can attempt any math. On the other hand, my verbal suffers as fatigue sets in so there's no chance that I'll be able to manage 700+ RC passages after quant.

To answer your question, I would suggest having a small pack of trusted questions prepared for the D-day. As you work through your question banks, for each topic mark down a couple of "favourite" questions: questions that are typical for that topic and challenging but that you'll definitely get right. Preferably OG questions. No point picking 800+ ManPrep questions that will frustrate you 30 minutes before your exam. Write/print them to take with you. Before you go into the exam, warm up with them.
