I see that you did not cite any GMATPrep scores. These are without a doubt the single best predictor of your performance on test day, as well as a great way to train for the GMAT. No other simulators match GMATPrep. Did you know that GMATPrep has over 400 quant questions of at least medium difficulty?

I did not take any GMATPrep, and I am beginning to see that was a BIG mistake.

I did the whole MGMAT thing and thought I would exhaust their stuff and then move on. I think a balanced approach would have been much better.

I also think I did burn out. I really, really burned out .

BSD_lover- You are right, I should do the full AWA, Q and V test simulations.

I appreciate everyone's feedback!

Thanks, I do have it- I have the OG11 and the verbal and quant guides. I have done most of the problems in both. They are great resources and they have helped me a lot so far. Also I agree with everyone on this board in saying that MGMAT sentence correction guides are great too.

Thx for the info.

The MGMAT instructor didn't even tell you about GMATPrep?

What a bunch of idiots. A good part of getting a good score is preparing with the right materials. Browse this site and read all the gmat experiences and see what people did to prepare.

As for your quant, I'm sure you can do better. My Manhattan practice math tests were really bad. Low Q40s. But I pulled a Q49 in the real thing, so you're not too far.

This MGMAT guy really knew his stuff, but he didn't know how to translate it to others. He also didn't tell us about any outside materials or how important practice tests are

However, I really liked MGMAT and do not wish to trash them. My opinion is just that they focus too much on the advanced content and not the execution. They also don't tie their classroom, online components, and workbooks together well or even at all. It was like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.

I wish I came here earlier!

just one question
Why do gmatprep cats do not give explanation for answers. So how do you know the correct way?
