Bidding System for Recruiting?

Hi Current Students!
I am excited to have gotten into UCLA Anderson - it's honestly been a dream come true and I am excited to take this opportunity! I was talking to some folks about the open bidding system that many business schools have that allow students to bid for companies that they are interested in. I did hear (a while ago - not sure if it changed or not) that UCLA Anderson does not have any such thing. I wanted to see if that was still the case, and how much of a dealbreaker it really is. If a dream company comes to campus where not everyone can get an interview, what is that like?
