40%.
bill can do 1/5 job in 1 hour, so he can do 3(1/5) or 3/5 job in 3 hours.
alice can do rest (1-3/5) or 2/5 of the job in 3 hours.
therefore 2/5 = 40%.

40% (=2/5th of the job) same logic as MA.
