B. with chattering and it's flying - "with chattering", "it's flying" is incorrect.
C. by chattering as it flies - "it" refers bird so correct, Bird Flies.
D. by chattering and its flying - "its" cannot refer to bees' nest meaning issue.
E. by chattering as they are flying - "they" has no clear referent.
