How strong is the recruitment of this firm from top 20 b-schools? I know a few MBA graduates from HBS who got full time offers. Does this firm recruit exclusively from M7?

More exclusively Harvard, or perhaps Wharton as well.

You might be better advised having a group of firms rather than shooting for the needle in the haystack.

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps applying to this firm after some work ex in a BB IB just might increase the probability of getting in. (I am not going to HBS/Wharton for my MBA)

having prior PE experience will be basically needed as well...same with any other megafund.
