5 mistakes out of 14-15 SC questions. That is 66.66% of accuracy.
My SC is weak in general. I find it difficult to apply the lessons learnt while writing a test. In tests it become mostly like - "OK, so this sounds better, tick it off."
Another thing I am concerned about. Timing. I read a question several times, more so while taking full length tests. So, I have to rush in towards the end.
Dude, you wrote "41" before, so I said 88% hot ratio
Anyway, my suggestion is to drop solving SCs first, grab a copy of Kaplan verbal workout if you can, they have given the general errors in GMAT SCs. GMAT SC errors are generally among the standard set of errors, like, pronoun, subject-verb agreement, modifier, tense, idiom etc.
Once you are familiar with these problems, practice a lot with a clock besides, eliminate each but one choice with PROPER technical reason.
Most important, keep a log file (soft or hard copy), write your mistake immediately when you make a mistake & keep going through it at least 3 times a week.
Hard work, patience, constant practice & 'never give up' attitude is what SC needs
