Bloomberg Business Week 2025 - 2026 Rankings
Bloomberg is back releasing the rankings this year! They have done a great job aggregating some interesting data - subscription is required but highly recommended (you can get for $1.99), as it provides quite a bit of interesting data including the industry hiring data (this is world-wide it seems).
One change this year is that the rankings are for each of the regions (I suspect due to the data reporting challenges and differences) and the rankings are not really comparable. Another item to keep in mind is that the lists are incomplete, and it is especially noticeable in the Canadian program list where neither Rotman nor Shulich participated.
How valid are these rankings?
That's a big question. Haas is ranked higher than HBS or Kellogg while it has actually gone down in the US rankings. The differences are driven by the methodology - Entrepreneurship is one, but not sure how much it matters as most people are going into corporate world - nobody starts their own consulting company out of MBA and most of other segments hired are not engaging in startups; thus it is a strange choice of a parameter for the rankings.
This is a global number with placement for over 10,000 students, so this is worldwide and may be different locally but gives you the much bigger trend that's not usually present in individual school reports. We have a post about industry placements but based on each program.

Interesting breakdown ! thanks for sharing this. Bloomberg’s regional approach makes sense given the data gaps, but it definitely complicates cross-school comparisons.
