Bocconi is the place to go for Milan banking (heard it's very easy) and HEC for Paris. You have to speak the respective languages.
I view Bocconi the same way if I get in. If you have no experience, it is probably better to have a summer of internship at a London bank and the program allows that.
Also, I have been in contact with Bocconi's financial aid office in order to get them added with FAFSA. They were willing to go through the process for recognition (if you look, you can get aid for schools around world). Would make the whole loan process so much easier. The entire administration there seems are always willing to hear prospective students. I had a similar experience with their double degree office.
