Bocconi & SSE applicants!!!

Question

In this post I would like to ask everyone seeing it to share their experience of applying to either Bocconi or SSE MSc in Finance programs! I am sure that many applicants would be happy to see such information and would be very glad to you! Please, tell us as much as you would like! For example,

1. For which academic year did you apply?
2. Have you been admitted/received scholarship?

3. GMAT 660
4. GPA 78.63% 
5. Internships&extracurriculars
2 month internship at PepsiCo and another 2 month internship at an investment management startup.
Workex - 26 months of work experience in equity research and corporate finance.
Cleared CFA Level 2.
Some club memberships at college. And held positions of responsibility there.

Rejected for Finance at Bocconi this year and SSE first Round:
Gmat:680
GPA:3.05(biggest Problem) at LMU Munich
Internship:4 Months Audit Mazars, 1,5year working student DAX30 Finance and Treasury (not that great either)

5 internship Fintech startup, working student MBB, internship investment management real Estate, (now also secured tier 2/3 m&a internship, by Time of bocconi application, i only mentioned that i have Applied for it though)

Thank you for the response! I have received the notification that I am admitted to Bocconi several days ago, but have no news about scholarship decision. They actually told us that information about scholarship would be provided in a few days in case we get any. So, I hope to hear some good news on Monday!

My profile:
GPA 3.3/4.0 
GMAT 700 (balanced score)
Three internships, one of which is in the international bank
I was also active in several student societies

Unfortunately Not. Will wait until the end of Next week until i give up my hope:)

Have you already decided if you will accept the offer or does it depend on the scholarship?

Thats not nice to hear because you would give up such a great opportunity; have you thought about taking a student loan?
Or do you have other plans already?

Hope to get a positive response from SSE with scholarship. I am non-eu student and to the best of my knowledge I am not eligible to any kind of student loans. May be you can advise me on whether there are any organizations who might consider to provide me a loan?

I must admit I have no idea what criteria you need to meet to be eligible for a student loan, but I don't see why you should not be eligible for one, have you done the research? What's the issue?

Also, I have read that the merit scholarship is given for ppl with GMAT score of 700+, so don't give up hope yet

I received my Rejection at Bocconi on the Date stated on the Website and my Admission to SSE also on the date stated on their website (15.03) so no need to worry if you do not receive an answer before the announced "last day of response".

I got an admit for the AFC Masters course at Bocconi University.. However scholarship results are still pending..
