Take a look at Hall and Knight's "Higher Algebra". Good practice for Perm/Comb and Probability stuff, as well as other algebra which is used in many GMAT questions (numbers etc)

What little they have on probability is ALL you need for the GMAT. The rest of the stuff you can use to help you in your first Prob and Stats class at MBA U.
If you can do all of the problems in the Chap 1 and UNDERSTAND all of the examples and solution, you will not have any problems with the GMAT probability stuff.
Why in the world do you want some thick book on Prob that you will never get through?
I borrowed "Probability Without Tears" by Derek Rowntree from the local library and it's excellent for GMAT prep. It covers every topic related to probability and gives several examples.
