In case you have it , is it possible for you to share the same.
Also can you advise which book is recommended for SC as well

For SC, I will recommend Manhattan SC.

Just google, you will find it somewhere. :)

Unfortunately I cannot share the book, Manhattan SC guide is the best among the available.
