Hi everyone! Hope you are well. First time posting, I hope this is the right place.
I have booked an online GMAT classic test for the 28th of January and now I am concerned about whether I will be able to use my privileges to retake. I would be ok to retake it as the GMAT Focus version but just can't tell if this is something possible. It has been completely impossible to reach the MBA. com customer service, the numbers they have listed on their site don't even connect to anything. Any suggestions on the best action here? I don't want to cancel and rebook and pay for the whole thing again if I am allowed to retake it 16 days later as GMAT Focus. I just can't find any information anywhere about this, so any thoughts will be much appreciated. Thank you!

retake post 28th January wont be possible as gmat classic wont be available..
you will have to cancel the exam and book gmat focus separately ... cancellation fee will be applicable
