Narrow down to A, C & E
E - changes the original meaning of the sentence. It seems the books are better because of the climate in Europe. Which is not true. it is because that they are not exposed to extreme climates
C - incorrect - librariies and extremities both plural forms. Usage of 'as is not good.
Therefore 'A' will be my choise.
In the first 30 seconds I was going for 'E' as well

DE change the intention of the contrast here. They last longer b/c the climate is fairly humid... this is kinda what DE suggest.
C: as is incorrect. should be that.
B: I was actually havin trouble with this one for a bit. coudlnt determine if it should be those or just that. those is not needed here. I opted for A.
