Hi Guys,

I asked this question on the main Booth forum, but I want your opinion too. I got into Booth off the waitlist but have already put down a deposit at Ross. I want to do healthcare consulting after school. What initially drew me to Michigan was the school spirit, Ann Arbor, and the friendly student body. I visited Booth for my interview and met a couple nice people, but don't think i got a good feel for the student body (i was only there for a day and a half). I am worried that Booth is a bit of a commuter school and that I won't get a tight knit community feel. Can any current Booth students speak to that? I know many business school students live in a few buildings across Chicago, so that might help the lack of community that often comes with urban campuses. I am so torn. I do not have a scholarship at Michigan, so cost is not really a concern for me. I will be going into a lot of debt either way :)

Also, does the flexibility of the curriculum at all hinder the social life at Booth? A lot of schools have cohorts, so you develop relationships with people pretty quickly because you are taking classes with the same people. Anyone have an opinion on that? Thank you for all your help in advance!

Healthcare consulting? like ZS Associates? bc there are a lot of Ross kids at ZS. I'm not sure how the strong they're recruiting at booth.

Any internationals been admitted from the summer wait list? Seems to be mostly domestic candidates...

Do you have any information to suggest that they haven't already started? It seems they started taking people from the summer wait list last week so why wait until next week for internationals?

I do not have any information regarding the order of their calling on summer waitlist. I am also international applicant who desperately wait for the call next week. So, I said "Hopefully"

I also got the sweet summer WL email. Since i live and work right next door to booth downtown, i chose to stay on the WLs, until the very end, like two days before classes start! Good luck everyone have faith and hope, and anything is possible.

Tequila it is! But yeah, we should definitely meet for drinks, to commiserate as fellow WLs. I'm sure the adcom likes to keep us [us Chicago folks] around, since they know that once they give us the admit, even if it is one day before classes start, we are most likely to attend. Good luck!

I am down for drinks. Live in Milwaukee area but always in Chicago almost every weekend. Let me know would be fun to join your guys and laugh at this waitlist "summer olympic games".
