Have been accepted to both Booth Part Time, no money and Notre Dame full Time with $40,000 scholarship. Both are great programs but having trouble deciding. Booth name with part time limitations vs Notre Dame full time, but living in South Bend and lower tier school.

Any help is appreciated toward forming a decision!

Are you going to stay in your same job or industry during/after the MBA? If yes, go to Booth.

If you're looking to switch careers, go to Notre Dame.

Booth is the better brand. There is no question about that. HOWEVER, part-time and full-time recruiting are two completely different ball games and there is LOTS more opportunity for full-time MBA students. (And an internship to boot!) It will also be more enjoyable to spend two years completing your MBA education at a fun university like Notre Dame rather than trying to cram Booth's work in your schedule on top of your regular job.

If I were you, I'd follow the money to ND and enjoy two years of Irish football on the way.

I work for myself so my work schedule is very light, at Booth planned on taking a full time load of classes and doing day time activities. It is easy to get your own internship outside of campus as most of my friends went to booth and already work at great companies I could easily get an internship at.
My plan is to keep doing entrepreneurship as I do now, but also do that internship.
I guess there wouldn't be any cramming in work on top of another job.

In this case you'd just say go Booth despite paying about 60k more for the education?
