Booth vs Tuck vs MIT

Hey everyone,

I plan to apply this fall and have already decided to apply to Wharton, Kellogg, and Haas. However, I would like to apply to one, maybe two more schools and would like your opinion as to which might be the better fit. I eventually want to work in VC on the west coast. Because I don't have VC experience yet and I plan on launching a web business while in school (working on prototypes now), if the web business doesn't pan out I see myself working in Corporate Development for a tech/media company to help get me to the VC dream. I know even then things are competitive. I realize my first job post MBA might not be as a VC, but it hopefully will be on the right track to get me there.

I look at Booth and they have an amazing VC internship program, but most of grads show employment with banks or investment shops, very few tech companies hiring Booth grads and VC jobs going to those were already in VC prior to school. Tuck has a phenomenal alum network and good resources for VC/PE. However, I'd really like to be west coast and I don't know how they fare in helping me get there in Corp Dev or VC. MIT has a great E&I program that should expose me to plenty of VCs, but is their network of VCs weak on the west coast...do they have clout/network to get me the Corp Dev job out there?

I realize VCs typically come from H/S/W, but please just help me analyze these three Booth, Tuck, and MIT.
