Where do you want to live and what do you consider your development goals? it seems you have the functional skills in accounting so an MBA would probably be more valuable to help you develop the soft skills needed to be a business owner and leader so I am leaning that way for you.

Thanks for your advice! Really appreciate it. I want to work several years in big cities like Boston or NY. But eventually I want to settle down in SF/ San Jose Area. I really like BC but NYU's reputation really gives me a second thought...

It might also be worth reaching out to career services at both schools to discuss your career plans and gauge the viability and examples of alum who have pursued similar paths. If you have no preference on city/lifestyle your decision will need to be based on best ability to allow you to realize your career goals.
