Option E: It is not SCHOOL'S CORRESPONDING WORK but WORK OF SCHOOL SHOULD CORRESPONDINGLY CHANGE
The crux of the sentence is that SINCE CONDITIONS ARE CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING, THE WORK OF SCHOOLS MUST CORRESPONDINGLY CHANGE
