Hello! Thanks for posting here.
I like a lot of things in your profile
specifically,
-Long tenure at one company and likely a lot of progression in your responsibilities, especially at a small company where you definitely get to wear a lot more hats!
-Academics are very strong - excellent GPA, CFA (good luck with level 3!), and a solid GMAT
-Your story about going out on your own at a young age, really owning your education/career, should make for a really interesting story in your essays and demonstrate a lot of maturity
Your extracurriculars seem OK, maybe not stellar, so that might be the only potentially weak area. I'm not sure how recent some of that volunteer work has been but it is good you've shown long-term commitment to your school. There may be other things like hobbies, special skills, passions, etc. that you can highlight on your resume. These things are important, especially for some of the schools you list that tend to have more tight-knit cultures...since they want to see that you're someone who gets involved and will add something "unique" to their community.
You will definitely need to do some focused brainstorming to come up with the stories that will explain your path in a really compelling way. Also, you don't mention your post-MBA career goals but that will be an important part of your story too!
