Hi everyone! I'm submitting a Sloan Fellows application for the Jan 11 deadline (due in two days !), and I found this question in the Academic Information section (Transcripts, specifically).
" GPA: ______ on a scale of ______ (e.g., 4.0, 4.3, 5.0, 15, 100)
Please enter your CUMULATIVE GPA exactly as it is listed on your transcript (do not recalculate). If your degree-granting institution does not report a CUMULATIVE GPA, please provide one on a 4.0 scale that can be tied back to your grades reported on your transcript."
I hold a BSc from a British university. How do you convert a British degree to a "x on a scale of y"?
I didn't see this specific requirement until now and I honestly don't know how to fill this in! Thanks so much in advance.

Do your best to approximate if needed. At the end of the day, the admissions committee at Sloan has its own methodology to evaluate your grades based on your transcript. This is effectively to give them a headstart on assessing your profile. I would not lose a ton of sleep over achieving supreme accuracy in this exercise.
