Hello,
I've read some bad reviews about the
Manhattan Prep Geometry Book.
Can you recommend another resource to brush up my geometry knowledge and to develop a strategy to solve geometry problems?
What were the reviews complaining about?
There is no better book per se for Geometry and GMAT. As a matter of fact this is the ONLY dedicated GMAT book on geometry (note that the latest edition of
MGMAT books has combined all quant into a single book).
https://amazon.com/GMAT-Geometry-Manhat ... 120&sr=8-1There is no hidden secrets about geometry. It is basic stuff that is checked on the GMAT. You can also potentially get the Kaplan Math Workbook but MGMATGeometry is pretty solid. You can also use your high school geometry book but it is just cleaner and easier to pick up one from
MGMAT for $10 on Amazon. I think it is safe to ignore the haters.
The only other real alternative would be buying a course... but many courses may require you going through other sections of their course to get to the geometry. I am sure there will be some sales for Black Friday/Cyber Monday if that's the route you want to go into...
