BSchool after Career Switch - S&T to Consulting

Hi,
would like to get an idea of my chances to get into a top MBA programme (mainly HBS) after having switched careers:
I have worked 1.5 years in Sales & Trading at a BB Ibank and then switched to Management Consulting at a Top 5 firm. I switched as the learning curve in the trading floor job was only steep in the beginning, and flattened after a year on the job. Work started to get very repetitive and I wanted a more diverse and project based job - not only focused on finance - hence the switch to Consulting (and not M&A). I plan to apply after having worked 1.5 years in my current role, which will be this Sept.
Will that hurt my "story" for a Bschool application, as most successful candidates have a very solid and coherent career track pre-MBA.
(In addition I have started my own web-based venture which should show some decent revenues by the time I am applying in 2009)
thanks.
