Hi there-
Sorry to hear about your rejections. It is an extremely competitive process! My advice is....
-Definitely apply round 1, round 3 especially is really tough, especially for international applicants.
-Can you retake the GMAT? Your score is good but not really high enough to stand out in a very competitive demographic. I usually like to see Verbal at least at 35. Many schools also look for TOEFL scores above 100.
-Did you get interviews at any of your schools? If so then consider reapplying to those schools. Though you'll need to reapply with some improvements in your profile, like higher test scores.
-Can you add any extracurriculars? What you listed sounds cool, but it's all in the past right? So that could have been an issue.
-Consider having someone help you with your application essays. It's great to have an objective partner brainstorm what you should write about that will help you stand out and read over them to make sure they are in line with what b-schools expect.
-Apply to a wider range of schools. A few that come to mind: Carlson, Mendoza, Krannert, Carey, Katz, Cox, UC-Davis or UC-Irvine.
-One last thing, given your goals, is a Master's in IT Management an option? That almost seems like a better fit than an MBA, but perhaps you've already researched the differences.
Good luck, and keep us posted if we can help with anything else!
