Given that distance between Amity and Truro is 8 miles. Bucky and Robin meet 2 miles away from Amity. So, distance traveled by Bucky is 2 miles and distance by Robin is 6 miles.
The time taken by each to cover the distance is same. Hence, we use distance formula.
Time = Distance/Speed

Time taken by Bucky = Time taken by Robin
2 miles/Speed of Bucky = 6/Speed of Robin
Speed of Bucky/Speed of Robin = 1/3

Hence, the correct answer is Option B. 1/3

Be VERY careful with these ratio problems in which reverse values are present in answer choices. Do not hurriedly select 3/1 instead of 1/3; do the math on the paper and write down what you're solving for :cool:
